Site Analysis
The holistic service includes analysis of town planning overlays including; zoning, flood mapping, environmental impacts, character zones, heritage zones, setbacks, and Queensland Development Code (QDC) requirements. Additionally, we highlight in-ground services such as electricity, sewer, water, storm water, gas, and telecommunications.
BIM output
The scans are processed to create precise BIM (Building Information Modeling) models, which serve as essential tools for architects, engineers and developers. Architects and consultants can use the native Revit model or exported CAD or PDF files to commence their design works. This service includes accurate file setup, topography, true north, project base points, levels, grids, integration of 3rd party survey information, sheets and views with preferred project template and title blocks. These files are compact and easy to process and view.
Measure and Scan
The advanced 3D scanning and AI technology captures detailed and accurate spatial data, providing accurate measurements in a software environment which can be understood and reviewed. To ensure accurate interpretation of the existing environment, we utilize traditional onsite existing measure techniques and physical cross checking.
